About us

Hello, I’m Lorna Clarke, an accredited leadership coach and founder of Exploring Human Potential. My interest in coaching began in 2004 when I worked with a coach as I transitioned to a director role at Deloitte. This was fundamental to successfully leading the business through significant change and the eventual spin out into a JV.
