Supporting leaders in transition
Leaders have a profound impact on their teams, the company culture, and business performance. Providing the right support at the right time is essential in ensuring they are well supported in the run-up to and throughout the transition into a new role.
We work with people at all levels of leadership to support them through career transitions as they take on greater autonomy and responsibility, so they can lead with greater ease, confidence, and in a way that feels authentic to them.
Our bespoke approach, tailored to the individual and company is underpinned by our own leadership experiences and passion to support people to develop their innate strengths and talents, create high performing teams, and drive business growth.

Why Exploring Human Potential?
Hello, I’m Lorna Clarke, founder of Exploring Human Potential. My interest in human potential, what makes for great leadership, and how we can lead authentically and sustainably, was sparked as I transitioned into a senior leadership role at Deloitte.
I believe that as humans we are innately capable, creative, and resilient. Yet, often much of our potential is not utilised either because we are not aware of it, we dismiss it or our environment does not encourage it. My approach is about supporting people to connect more fully to who they are, recognising that change happens when we become who we are, not when we become what we are not.
As an accredited leadership coach & facilitator, I work alongside a team of highly skilled and experienced coaches who bring extensive experience in leadership, change management, learning & development, and HR, in sectors including professional services, tech, start-ups, and the third sector. They share a commitment to the highest professional standards including training to ILM level 7, ICF accreditation, and regular supervision.
