Recent Work
We work with remarkable people from aspiring leaders to established CEO’s across a range of industries, including professional services, banking, healthcare, tech, start-ups and the public and third sector. Recognising that each person, team and organisation is unique, our approach is entirely bespoke to you and your needs.
- CEO in the third sector who wanted to grow and scale the organisation but was questioning if she was cut out to be a leader.
- High potential leader at a FTSE 100 company, who had moved into her first leadership role. She wanted to have greater impact as a leader but was experiencing feelings of impostorism, a lack of confidence, high stress and anxiety.
- Director of a global membership organisation navigating the rollercoaster of a company restructure, including redundancy to the application and appointment to a new position with a new team.
- Leader in a venture capital firm struggling with a relentless workload and the commitments of a young family and wanting to find a more sustainable way to work rather than feeling that the only option was to leave his job.
- Project director of a global NGO who felt increasingly unsatisfied with her current role, conflicted between work and being a single parent, and overwhelmed about what she could do next in her career.
- Founder of a tech start-up who felt he was burning out and was worried that his energy, motivation and passion for his work would never return.
‘I had been in my first CEO role for a year when Lorna and I met and was struggling with daily imposter syndrome, leadership challenges, wanting to do the best job for my team and organisation but not really believing that I could. The confidence and self-belief I have gained in this time have made a huge difference to me both professionally and personally. I cannot stress enough how helpful and empowering I have found it working with Lorna.’
Medina Johnson, Chief Executive, IRISi
‘Lorna’s authenticity and genuine curiosity meant that our relationship was open and honest. She has an innate ability to help one find the mental space to actively work through the fog, reach a point of clarity and take action. I found her coaching style to be truly empowering. Thank you, Lorna!’
Senior clinician, Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust Hospital
'I undertook coaching with Lorna to focus on my career development, and I found this process extremely helpful. I now feel equipped to make considered decisions for my future without pressure to conform to others’ expectations, and with circumspection. Lorna’s experience is evident, and her approach has ensured I have greater resilience and skill to analyse and solve problems independently. I would highly recommend Lorna as a coach.'
